I found the location ideal, close to the metro. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. Breakfast had great variety. The staff was friendly, especially Hakim, and he was helpful with any request I had. I'd stay again.

the rooftop pool area was lovely. it provided amazing views of the city skyline. the ambiance was also very serene there. the location was also convenient, as it was a short walk to the gold souq metro station, easing travel around the country.
when i checked in, i noticed many things were absent from the room. a blanket, pillow, toilet paper, towels and shower gel were missing. i mentioned this to the front desk. it took an hour before they brought a few of the items.
